Kacie, Sous Chef

In Kacie's first two years in Maine, they discovered a love for baking. When they relocated to Portland, they landed a position in pastry. From there, they continued their passion in fine dining and bakeries around Portland, including at Rose Foods. 

After a year of traveling and working in kitchens at the Grand Canyon and in Alaska, Kacie returned to Portland and found their way back to Rose, right where they left off.  

Kacie shares their home with two beautiful cats, Shannon & Delilah, and in their free time Kacie enjoys reading, hitting up the gym and playing cribbage with their friends.
