Jonah made his first bagel on Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia nearly twenty years ago. Now he finds himself on Forest Avenue in Portland, once again happily making bagels. The road back to the bakery has been marked by extended stays in Boston, New York, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. He's been a Maine resident since 2017 and is endlessly inspired by the outdoor adventures, aquaculture, and agriculture that our state has fostered. When not at Rose Foods look for Jonah at the beaches, dog parks, or restaurants around townā¦or most likely in his own backyard.ā
